Yenesis M. Alfonso, BPS, is a Personal Development Coach, Facilitator and Prepare-Enrich Counselor. She works with Women who want to achieve success in their lives through balance and organization; as a Prepare-Enrich Counselor she enhances their relationship with their partner; and, creates a loving bond with their children.

Yenesis believes that everyone has dreams which can be achieved. People must allow themselves first the opportunity to dream, second to prepare themselves through education and then, finally, to persevere – no matter how difficult or long it takes to make their dreams a reality. Her personal dream is to empower women to experience the power of their own independence.

As a dedicated mother of two beautiful children and wife, she understands how difficult it is for women to manage a home, family and career. Women tend to put everyone else first, leaving their personal needs behind. Yenesis helps women understand that if they are not happy with themselves, those internal frustrations will leak and affect all of their day-to-day interactions with others.

DreamCreators Consulting was created with one woman’s dream to make a significant impact in the lives of other women. After many years of researching ways to help women work from home to create a win-win situation for the entire family, DreamCreators Consulting evolved. Today, DreamCreators Consulting offers workshops, tele-series / classes and 1:1 coaching sessions that create well-rounded, balanced and powerful achievers.

As a Consultant, Yenesis works with business owners, managers and executives to address areas that are preventing them from expanding and profiting, including creating and implementing key operational and accountability systems.  Her goal is to support a new organizational “mindset” by encouraging executive management to be strong, positive leaders, resulting in an enhanced experience for staff, which increases employee retention and productivity.

In 1994, Yenesis graduated from Barry University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In the more than 20 years since, she has become a leader in time and organizational management, as well as coaching personal development. Having worked as a manager, coach and trainer in the banking, legal and real estate industries, she understands first-hand the complexities of having a job and/or business AND a family.

Yenesis has been awarded numerous awards and recognitions for her community services such as Director of the local Chamber of Commerce, Miami Cuban Lions Club, Hialeah Dade Development, Junior Achievement, Dade Partner for JG Dupuis Elementary, Nominated Exemplary Award for Dade Partners and Who’s Who Worldwide Register, just to name a few. She is also a member of the IAC and Coachville, NNA, NSA, NAPW and was a Director for The M.O.M. Team. In 2004, she obtained her Mortgage Broker License from the Department of Professional Regulations.
